I was skeptical buying this since its almost 3 times the price of your regular flour. I tested it out by making 2 batches of the dough. One with regular maida and one using this flour.The dough while mixing looked more firm compared to the maida one. It didnt rise enough compared to the maida one. Was scared I might have made a mistake.The final result blew me away. The bread from this dough was far more tastier. The texture and crunch in the crust was great. It feels and tastes like store bought bread compared to the maida one. Im never using any other flour again to make breads

We brought two packets one of them was nice and good quality.but second packet flour was not good.it took two hours to raise.good flour takes only 35 to 40 minutes.
