Just received my heating pad and tried it out.So far the parts I find difficult is that it's "slippery" - hard to place at my back when sitting up. Made worse because it's so big!The controls are hard to see in the dark. I have some glow-in-the-dark tape and I'm going to cut a small piece to put by the on/off button.I often sleep in my recliner and used other heating pads across my tummy or chest to keep me warm. This one is going to be great for that - almost a small throw to use under my blankie.I'm going to keep it just not sure if the size is going to be hard to use while sitting in my recliner which is where it will be used 99% of the time.

UPDATE: they contacted me in one day & there is 2 yr warranty. I had replacement in 2 days. Never had a response that fast. Great customer service!Great, until month 7. No more heat. I will look elsewhere next time.

You can probably get better ones, but for the price it's adequate. Settings are easy to use. The only thing I don't like as much is the plastic circle at the end because it tends to get hot. But, that might be part of all heating pads IDK. You also can't wrap it around yourself or anything so keep the size in mind. I use it for nausea and it helps a lot. Also, the color is pretty and the cord is not too short. All in all, it's adequately functional.
