I noticed a difference with these. I was playing a match memory game with my kid. Before taking this we tied or were very close in score. After taking this I am able to win every time. Not why most would want to take this but the only evidence I saw that it worked.

I started to take these to help with the loss of energy from a medication I am taking and it has really helped. I take 4 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and I feel like I have more energy all day even in the evening. I forgot to take it the other day and couldn’t figure out why I was struggling to stay awake that evening then I realized I had forgotten it! Definitely notice a difference!

Excellent supplement! This is a huge help with tendon health and energy. I'm a 60 year old runner and need all the help I can get. I have tried 2 different supplements and this is by far my favorite. It is a little more costly... but worth it for the way I feel.

Taking the full dose caused a giant migraine, taking a half dose caused me not to sleep soundly for nearly a week. I don't recommend this if you struggle with anxiety or cortisol issues.

Check out the ingredients, then try to find out how much it would cost to purchase them individually. I must say that I'm a little bummed out that they eliminated Acetyl Carnitine. However, the stack holds up nonetheless.Few -- very few -- composite stacks available here or elsewhere hold up to their promise. To the point, most provide one "all star" ingredient, then add inferior forms of other nutraceuticals included to support it (i.e. non-methylated/ non-biologically active forms of B vitamins) or include them in amounts far below the therapeutic doses.LEF is a great company, and I'd encourage anyone interested to check out their online magazine.
