This product is effective. It has helped lower my blood pressure and help increase my energy levels naturally. The texture of the capsule is smooth. It is easy to swallow with a drink of water. These capsules don't taste or smell bad.

Been taking them for all most a month n I take 3 a day n if I miss on one I can really tell a difference ! They really work !!!

Up front, it’s too pricey for the amount you get. I’m a tree hugger and this bottle is far too big and has too much plastic; however, it’s only 1/4 full.I have not seen any increase in energy or changes in my blood pressure, but I’m going to keep it up for a few months then report back. I do like the ingredients with Beets bring the number one (see photo). They’re easy to swallow for younger folk, these capsules are HUGE! Man…All in all, I may have to go back to my beet powder on occasion. These make it easy to take your beets but making it through all that stomach acid, I’m unsure. I did get heartburn twice at first, but it has gotten better. Be very prepared for the GAS you will get.I did not experience any pain relief at all! I wouldn’t purchase these again unless they were on sale.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We have had Qunal gummies before but were shipped capsules this time. We liked the gummies better Our belief is that the product helps if taken regularly
