This is very good for pain. It's excellent. The only thing that was some what annoying was the smell. You have to wash your hands a couple of times to get off of your hands. That's just how strong it is. Good product.

I’ve tried all kinds of pain cream and this is by far the best. I used it for pain from a herniated disc in my neck and was finally able to get a good night’s sleep.

Other than the classic Ben-Gay smell, I actually think this stuff works pretty good.

Nothing ever stops the fibromyalgia pain in my lower back or shoulder, NOTHING, until this. It took about 5-7 minutes to take effect, but after it did I am able to do what I need to do. I used it about 10 AM. It’s nearly 1 and I still feel it working.

**DO NOT*** Put this on before a sweaty workout and then try and wipe it off!! You will have regrets ***The sweaty burn of the skin is REAL!! Then when you wipe it off, it's even worse!!As far as pain relief, it's very short term.Greasiness is real, definitely wash hands afterwards.The smell is VERY strong, my husband can't stand to be near me!

I get muscle tension and kinks in my back here and there. I rub a pea sized blob of this in and it works to relieve pain almost right away. It warms a tiny bit, but mostly just pain relief. I'd forget that I've used it except that once in a while I catch the scent, which to me smells like one of those Halloween wax whistles.

I hurt my knee right before a trip that we went on. I bought it to help relieve some pain on the 8-10 hour walking tours we went on. I rubbed this on my knee each morning and to my surprise I had no pain all day. There is a minty odor to it but it isn’t too bad. I highly recommend this stuff.
