What a piece of cake, this gold leaf set is to use! Attatched is a photo of my shell project.Came out gorgeous, and can't wait to use it on wood furniture next! Everything is included, and it's easy to use, just add inspiration!

This is way harder to use than I expected, but I was also using it on a (very) curved surface. All of their descriptions show it on a flat surface, and probably for a very good reason. Make sure you follow the directions - you want the least amount of glue and for it to be nearly dry before you put the gold on. Too much glue and you just end up having it stick to your hands instead of the glue.Learning curve is pretty steep, but considering the prices of just the gold leaf it's a really good value. Comes with clear instructions and all of the tools you need as well as a very generous amount of gold leaf.

The kit contains quick drying adhesive and a glossy varsnish that allows you to complete a project in a day. The photo is the leading edge of my A10 Warthog; I can see it way better now no matter which direction it's flying!

I only tested a little part of my candle but I love the gloss look and after I let it sit for a few hours I touched the gold and it set it so well it didnt peel off. I can't wait to make more now. The gold is so beautiful and surprisingly enough it was very easy to use.P.SI took a picture after I had already opened and used the stuff inside.

I bought it to cover a chip in a gold frame. Thought the material was like gold foil (thicker), but it’s thin, basically melts onto whatever it’s on when sprayed. No regrets.

Not so bad. It was easy to me but dont put on a thick layer of glue or it will not look smooth. I used 100 leaves total for this. I randomly ordered 100 more leaves and realized this brand has a darker gold color. I think I would prefer it lighter. But do I regret it? No. My mirror looks like something from Versailes.

I bought this to add some color to our front door but it got everywhere and it's impossible to get off the rest of the wood. Maybe it's perfectly fine for other crafts but total bust for my project... Simple enough to use, looks fine, size and value appropriate.
