Finally found something that actually helps, been regular since I started these
I gave these a try and decided to subscribe. I am on a GLP-1 and it has been unsufferable and I almost quit because of how irregular it made me After day three I have been consistent. Also the stomach bloating I can get has gone down quite a bit. I don't know for sure that these probiotics are what did it but that's the only real change I have made.

Great relief from this item
This is great stuff. I feel so much better and my digestive system is functioning so much better. If you are always stopped up, consider fixing your system with these. Just one a day to not have the worry and discomfort. Wish I had realized how important probiotics are long ago!

Poor labels
These caused serious constipation.The other one they sell is the one we need. It should have bigger print and more info on what it does.
