The mixer makes so much noise and the jar gets stuck once u use it. I need to apply hell lot of pressure to detach the jar from the mixer. Plus the blades are useless . It doesn’t do its job properly Very poor quality don't buy this product very disappointed . never recommend to anyone . pathetic. Disgusting product Though mixer works well but their jar/blade quality doesn't sustain for long. Others also sell the jars compatible to this model but they are not efficient. So, suggestion to Padmashree is to sell jar/spare blades/different spares of jar so that, customers can continue to use the product with love for long. The bottom rotating attachment of the main jar shredded off on the second use itself! Powdering jar doesn't even lock in place. Now left with only the small chutney jar that's functional.

This product really not good. We replace the product but that replacement product also same condition. We unsatisfied with this product. This is a waste product, while working smoke is Coming, and juicer is not getting juice the fruits, and heavy sound while working. Completely waste product, I thing this is a fake Longway, I bought this mixer grinder used the smaller bowls only now. To my shock, I found that I was unable to fix the two smaller bowls to the base. Now it’s too late to return them. So I can’t use them! Why is the quality so poor for some of the products from well-known companies when they sell on Amazon? This is the last time I buy any Longway product on line. Product is producing so much noise and not grinding as per the brand name. I want to return the product. Not value for money
