Disgusting
This did not hydrate me at all and the taste is horrible. I got the fruit punch and it tastes NOTHING like fruit punch and tastes more like….well I don’t even know. It’s so disgusting that if I work out and want something to drink with the qualities that this has, I just chug it so I don’t taste it. I should just throw it in the trash cuz it’s useless for what I wanted it for cuz it doesn’t do what it claims and tastes disgusting But that’s a waste of money. Back to the drawing board trying to find a different drink for after my work outs. Ugh!

Tastes good mixed with water.
On it's own the taste was great. Mixed in a smoothie with an orange and it wasn't very tasty. I'll stick to just mixing it with water.
