Easy to take during a long. It has more carbs than the energy average gel.

Surprisingly good taste
Tastes like Spanish lime. This gel gives me something to look forward to on my long runs because I like the taste. It goes down easy without needing water, so no coughing or lingering sugary taste. The tab retainer makes it more eco-friendly. And I haven't had any performance issues either.

Does the job.
Good on the bike nutrition. Convenient when racing. However, the package top when torn does not always get you to the contents. I've had to resort to cutting the top with scissors before going out for a ride, but that can leave a mess. Best option so far is to empty the contents into a flask. Neutral taste that doesn't leave an aftertaste like SIS gels can.

A boost for hiking
I use on hikes. It really gives a big boost at the time your energy begins to flag. I find I finish the hikes feeling much stronger than in the past.
