The cat loves it
We are happy with the product. It is working very well and our cat loves it.

Rusty
This product is not real stainless. Been using it for 3 weeks and now have rust on the faucet base. So disappointing! My kitten’s health is at stake with such poor product.

Even if the water is not filled to the max it sometimes overflows which is really weird so I only fill it about a quarter of the way through vs max to make sure water doesn’t overflow. Now I gotta fill it up more often which is annoying.

Returned
On first use it leaked water all over the floor overnight so I returned it. Light bulb was small and light color not glowing …. the flow of water was weak

Pump issue after 1 month only
Guess what? 1 month later the water pump started being very noisy and it seems pretty much that in few days will stop even working.

Silence did not last
Worked perfectly well the first week, then started making noise. I changed the filters, cleaned the pump, and the noisy vibrations are still there.
