I absolutely love this tripod. It has great stability and it is easy to use. It comes with a remote control. It definitely tracks your every move. The ring lights works well as long as they are fully charged. Great purchase!

The lights, facial tracking device work fine, the tripod extension to is great —BUT the REMOTE CONTROL is a waste of time. It only snaps a picture ! The VIDEO RECORD buttons DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! The ad is very misleading. The VIDEO record does not turn on or off. So disappointed —I am returning this immediately! :-(

Decent price for a good product

I really wanted to like this tripod. When I first received it, I was impressed by how smooth the tracking motion was, and it initially felt sturdy enough for basic use. I genuinely thought I had found a great product. However, after just three weeks of use, I’ve run into more issues than I can overlook.The first thing I noticed was that the base isn’t stable enough. It’s too lightweight, and as a result, the tripod often tilts slightly to the side. I confirmed this using my iPhone’s built-in level, which consistently showed that my shots weren’t perfectly level. I tried to work around this and continued using it.Then I noticed that the center pole sways if the tripod is moved or adjusted too quickly. Again, not ideal, but I figured I could live with it.Unfortunately, the real dealbreaker was the mounting system. While the tripod includes both a standard screw mount and a built-in phone holder, the build quality of this area is terrible.The real issue happened when I was using the screw mount for my camera. Despite it being tightly secured, the entire mounting piece popped off when I moved the tripod—sending my expensive camera flying to the ground. The lens is now damaged, and I’m incredibly upset.This could’ve been a decent tripod with better materials and quality control, but in its current state, I can’t recommend it to anyone—especially if you’re using valuable equipment. I regret not returning it sooner.

It worked fine for the first two months and now the remote won't charge and it will not connect to my phone. I had the remote on the charger over night and when I checked it the next morning, the light on the remote was still red.***UPDATE- The seller is AMAZING!!! I reached out to the seller and shared my concern/problem and they responded quickly and rectified the problem! A1 Customer Service!!
