These electrolytes really helped me this last weekend being out in the 100+ heat all day. I was glad I brought them. I am susceptible to muscle cramps if dehydrated but these kept my salts in. The only thing I wish they had done better with the packaging is made the little "slit/cut" for you to open them easier. Also the wide/short packaging is hard to filter into a standard water bottle so maybe if they redesign it, it would deserve that extra star. Also, the Watermelon flavor needs some help, not the best. I also ended up sharing a few of these with a young lady who was dehydrating and feeling ill. She thanked me later because she started to feel much better very quickly upon drinking them.

We were not able to truly evaluate the product because the flavor was so disgusting. We ordered the lemon lime flavor, hoping to use the drink mix prior to exercise but it was so awful. It smelled like cleaning products and it tasted so salty with a hint of lime flavor. Maybe another flavor would work better but I am not wasting my money to try it. I really like the high sodium and also that it has Vitamin C but didn’t expect it to taste so salty especially since reviews I read said it was less salty than LMNT which has the same amount of sodium.

Its nice that its so much cheaper than LMNT and supposedly has the same electrolyte levels but it also has erythritol which I'm not a fan of (both in taste and how your body doesn't process it so too much causes diarrhea. It almost makes it taste thick which I don't like. it doesn't taste salty to me, but neither did LMNT so maybe I'm just used to lots of salt. I'll probably keep trying these because its so much cheaper, but I really wish it didn't have sugar alcohols, especially since it doesn't even taste great (which LMNT does) My favorite drink so far has been the LMNT carbonated waters (the grapefruit is the best) but no way do I want to spend $3 a serving on salt. Maybe its just time to make my own.
