Stay away from this product! It has made me extremely light-headed to the point of feeling like I was going to pass out. There are no true instructions other than (1) or (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. I have tried taking one (1) in the morning on an empty stomach and gotten light-headed. I have tried taking one (1) after a meal and gotten light-headed. I have never exceeded two capsules per day. This product was shipped to me on March 12th, 2024. I have 4 and 1/2 bottles of this product. I have tried to return the product but have been told it is not a returnable product. For the safety of your health, stay away from this product!

Product does not work at all. Watched the online video on what ingredients should be in it to be effective and when it arrived, it didn't contain any of the ingredients. I would give it a zero star rating and false advertising. Lost zero pounds.

Been taking about 3 weeks have lost no weight or inches yet.

The main ingredient is supposed to be himalayan pink salt and when I got the capsules it isn't even included in the ingredients, so it doesn't match the description at all.

If you have any gastro conditions I would not recommend. Caused nausea cramping. So far zero efficiency for weight loss. Basically wasted $84
