What is there to complain about?
This mouse (and its many forms) has been a staple of the pc gaming community for as long as I can remember but I never owned one myself. My ancient steelseries 100 started giving me issues so I did some research into what I should buy now that I have a bit more cash to throw around, and still landed on this, which cost me less than my steelseries did when I bought it like 7 years ago.It is not wireless, so no need to worry about battery life which in my opinion is a pro as opposed to a con. I use an MX Master on my laptop and for work so this does not go anywhere other than than desk.I love the free scroll wheel and the notchy wheel itself, this is something I always missed on other non-Logitech mice.It is the perfect size, it is excellent quality genuinely a testament to the Logitech brand.Strongly recommend.

Rock-solid reliability – my second G502 and still impressed
After a frustrating experience with a different brand, I came back to what I knew would work — the Logitech G502 Hero. This is actually my second G502, and once again, it just works right out of the box. No weird software bugs, no broken wireless functions, no random firmware issues — just plug it in and go.My first G502 served me flawlessly for years, and only started acting up recently due to the right-click wearing out — which is expected after such heavy daily use. That kind of longevity and consistency is rare these days. The build quality, ergonomics, and performance are still excellent. It feels familiar, responsive, and dependable. Exactly what I needed after wasting time troubleshooting a brand-new mouse from another brand. If you're looking for a mouse that works now and keeps working for years — go with Logitech. Lesson learned (again).

G502 HERO: My MX Master 2S is Officially Collecting Dust (and Maybe a Little Jealous)
Let's get one thing straight: I'm a Logitech fanboy. I've got the MX Master 2S, the keyboard, the whole shebang. I thought I was living the mouse dream. Then I met the G502 HERO.It's like going from a comfy armchair to a finely tuned sports car. My MX Master 2S is still great for spreadsheets and pretending to be professional, but the G502? This thing is built for action. The 25K DPI? My cursor now moves so fast, it's practically teleporting. I'm pretty sure I accidentally time-travelled once. It's almost too much power, but in the best way possible. It's like having a tiny, furious cheetah under my hand. And the buttons! Oh, the buttons! I've remapped them to do everything from launching my ultimate ability in my favourite game to ordering pizza (okay, not really, but I wish). It's like having a miniature control centre right at my fingertips. My keyboard is starting to feel neglected. The weight system? Genius. I've customized it to feel just right, like a perfectly weighted sword (in a digital sense, of course. Please don't try to sword fight with your mouse).Honestly, using the G502 HERO makes me feel like I've leveled up in life. My gaming skills have improved (slightly – I'm still blaming my teammates), my productivity has increased (because I'm having too much fun to stop working), and my MX Master 2S is now giving me the stink eye from its charging dock. So, if you're looking for a mouse that's precise, customisable, and makes you feel like a gaming god (or at least a slightly better gamer), the Logitech G502 HERO is the way to go. Just be prepared to explain to your other mice why they're no longer the favorite. They'll understand... eventually. Probably.

Still a good mouse, but the older version was slightly better.
Bought this to replace my 6 year old G502 HERO as over the years a couple of the buttons aren't as responsive as they once were. Solid build, nice button placement, even for larger hands, and comfortable to use. The only disappointment with this one is that it now seems to come with a simple wire whereas my old one had a nice braided cable that helped prevent tangles, hence the 4 stars.

Comfortable for use
Very good and fits onto my hand perfect it is also comfortable however their are many buttons that I accidently click when gaming so it changes my DPI but that's probably because I need to get use to it more as I used my old mouse for years so this mouse is overall a recommend .Also it has weights you can add do it but i havent really tried since i prefer a lighter mouse but to those who prefer a heavy mouse this is good as it can become light or heavy
