Tired of cheap versions I had bought over the years, I committed to buying a $100 body pillow with the help of a $10-off code. Turns out this Coop 20x52 is one the better bedding decisions I've ever made.This combination of memory foam & chopped regular foam is the hot ticket, it works great. For me the default amount of stuffing is correct. When I rec'vd shipment, I thought something was wrong the package was so light & small. But it's vacuum-packed and, apparently, also free of moisture, because after the fluffing routine from the instructions it gained weight as well as size. This baby is HEAVY after a couple days of sitting out. *Really* heavy. So don't be shocked about the small package you receive, LOLThat same weight actually makes for a great, soft mountain of a pillow that does not move! The large bulk of this model, combined with the wonderful feel of compliant-yet-supportive memory foam, is a totally restive comfort. Placed between knees while laying on your side, there's a 4" - 6" thickness (distance) between your legs, relieving pelvis tension perfectly. It's easy to mush & squish this into the PERFECT shape to do what you need at various points on your body, much easier than all of the cheap ones I've had before. Maybe partly due to the strangely-patterned cover the pillow comes with, seems like those segmentations help move or arrange the stuff inside, it's always smoothing and shaping, it works very well.However, while the pillow outer case is a great container, it's a poor cover. The synthetic material has twisty threads & pills appearing in the morning, pulling loose or grabbing at the velcro on my watch strap. It also seems to "grab dirt" and get dingy easily.But the real issue is the cover has a strong friction, grabbing at the bedding, making it VERY difficult to slide when you are repositioning yourself and the pillow. And with the heft and size of this guy, having to lift a segment to get it to slide will just about bust a gut. It's like wrestling with a bear.So I recommend this odd pillow case be retained due to the way it handles the contents so well and is durable with a good zipper, etc. BUT you DO buy a slick silk or satin $10 - $15 case for the outside. I did that and it's the best of both worlds. A cheap satin cover slides easier and really helps moving it around under the covers, requiring only about 1/3 the force compared to the original. However, this is still a BIG and HEAVY pillow that might not be workable for frail or elderly persons ... otherwise for shoppers that don't mind using a little muscle this is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

These pillows are really nice I'm a side sleeper and they work so well for me. The memory foam and pillow quality is high it helps me reduce pressure on my knees and neck and sleep better overall. These will also fit 150cm Dakimakura covers which is also a plus since me and my gf always have a excess of covers and not enough pillows.

Expensive but a well made pillow, helps my hip pain, and can be adjusted by taking out the stuff

love this body pillow! so comfortable. i bought a silk pillowcase on amazon to go with it. when you switch sides middle of the night, silk makes it easier to move around. plus feels nice. give this pillow 24 hours to fluff / offgas before using!!

I'm a side sleeper that can only sleep comfortably if I'm spooning a body pillow. I'm also a hot sleeper, so I use 100% bamboo sheets and everything I can think of to stay cool at night. This body pillow has helped me get the best sleep I've had. I can sleep with it all night and not overheat. I don't wake up in the middle of the night sweating and miserable anymore. I've slept with it with and without a pillow case and it still didn't make a difference. It's a bit of a splurge but SSOO worth it!

Unlike many reviews that seem to have been written before taking the body pillow out of the bag or using it over night, this review is based on four nights of trial. Many complaints in other reviews here would be solved by following the instructions on the product insert card.The body pillow comes vacuum packed, so you need to let it fluff up. Their suggestion to put in dryer on low heat for 15 minutes works very well as does shaking it from its short ends and kneading it. They have instructions on what to do with no dryer.As noted, the new foam has a scent that will take some time to dissipate. Their suggestion to put in dryer on low heat for 1-2 hours with a dryer sheet works. Note: I don't have dryer sheets so used two small lavender sachet pillows. I needed to tumble it for more like 4 hours, but the dryer sheet may be fine after their recommended 1-2 hours. They have instructions on what to do with no dryer.Upon telling my new chiropractor that I'm a side sleeper, he recommended a body pillow. Resting on the pillow during the day for a short time was very comfortable, but night was a different story. Turns out I am not a true side sleeper. I start on the side but often end up on my stomach or on my other side. Even after adjusting the amount of filling, I found it too thick and not easy to move from one side to the other.This pillow is very full with very high loft (night one); it is easy to unzip the outer cover and inner case to remove filling. Night 2 had about a gallon or so removed, but this was still too thick. Nights three and four had about one third to one half of the foam removed. It is easy to re-fluff the pillow so the filling is easily distributed, just with a lower loft.I am returning the pillow because despite reviews stating it is cool and breathable, I woke up the second two nights very hot. I don't know if removing the filling made it hotter, but on night three I threw the whole thing on the floor and did the same last night. Bummed it didn't work out. Sorry to send it back but hope these details are useful.

Very comfortable and holds shape well overnight! It’s much larger than I thought too.
