Why did you pick this product vs others?:My grandson is an active athlete but was always tired and not sleeping well. I am cautious to recommend products but our favorite health store recommended this and he thought he'd give it a try. Instant positive results! More energy and sleeping like a baby. I have it on auto-ship for over a year. It still works well. Great product, reasonably priced and wonderful results!

I was looking for a methylated multi vitamin that wasn’t going to break the bank to add to my supplements. it is a larger pill (see picture next to a quarter), so if you have a hard time swallowing large pills, this may not be the one for you. It also has a pretty strong taste of a multivitamin, but I don’t mind the taste, and is what I would expect from a high quality vitamin.

Wonderful vitamin for those like me who can't have a vitamin with iron in it (i have hemacromatosis which causes me to store excess iron) it's hard to find quality vitamins without. It does taste like a multivitamin so don't be suprised and does have a pungent odor. I take these daily and they help alot. Dont be suprised when the b-12 makes your pee bright yellow though it just means you absorbed as much as you could and excreted the rest.

Pretty much the title. This is a great multivitamin for price and balance of vitamins. No iron which for me is a big plus as I can supplement with more control by taking a separate iron pill as necessary.But good lord they smell and taste awful. Hard to swallow but that's just my personal issue. The pill floats in my mouth which makes it more difficult to swallow.Overall very good product!

I noticed an obvious difference in how I felt after only one day of using these. I have tried other multiple vitamins without getting the same results and it gets frustrating trying to find the one that works. What I especially like about this one is that I only have to take ONE per day, and it is not massive in size. I only wish they would put a slightly thicker coating on the outside to avoid that 'vitamin taste' when swallowing, but this vitamin is really a light offender when it comes to that. The price point is fair too. I highly recommend!

Life Extension is one of my favorite brands. Always high quality. The multivitamin is definitely potent and they definitely have a strong smell (and you will have bright yellow urine). These are very large but I just cut them in half and sometimes only take 1/2 a day. Definitely recommend.

Great vitamin with great ingredients. I originally bought these for my husband. He liked him so much. I bought some more for myself.I do wonder why all multivitamins put some sort of yellow dye in it, so when you pee, you know you’re taking your multivitamin

Not sure if it works or not. But my urine is neon green. Lol
